The cost of shipping within the United States is $350 and is added to the price of your puppy. All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable but can always be moved to a litter of your choice.

Once your deposit is received we will contact you via email and you will be placed on the litter reservation list of your choice. We will contact you once the puppies are born and begin emailing pictures and updates. If there is not a puppy for you in your desired litter, you will be contacted and your deposit will be moved to next available puppy or litter.  
Manor Lake reserves the right of first pick of the litter in case there is an extra special puppy that we want to add to Manor Lake's breeding program.

Manor Lake Puppy Adoption Process

- Contact Manor Lake and fill out an application
- Place a deposit via PayPal or check on your desired litter
- Wait for notification of birth
- Recieve pictures and updates from Manor Lake
- At four weeks of age full payment is due
- Puppies are matched with their families
- At 7.5-8 weeks of age puppies are desexed
- At 8 weeks of age travel arrangements are made
- At 8-9 weeks of age puppies begin crate training and potty training
- At 9-11 weeks of age puppies travel to their new homes and families

You may pick up your puppy at Manor Lake or we can work with you to make travel arrangements. We ship puppies throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom out of either the Bellingham, Washington Airport, Seattle Tacoma International Airport, or Vancouver, British Columbia International Airport. Since we are located in Bellingham, Washington (2 hours North of Seattle, Washington) let us know if you live nearby or in the greater Seattle area - we can arrange delivery to Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and surrounding areas in the Pacific Northwest. If you decide you are flying in and meeting us at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEATAC), we require a $50 trip fee to meet you. If your puppy is going to be flying back with you all airlines require a veterinarian health certificate that Manor Lake will provide at a cost of $50.
